Trawlii Private Limited is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Executive with strong expertise in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition.

The candidate must be capable of sending high-quality proposals, managing client communication, handling follow-ups, and converting leads into successful projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant projects on Upwork daily
  • Send proposals and bid strategically
  • Write strong cover letters and proposals
  • Communicate with clients via Upwork chat/calls
  • Handle follow-ups and close deals
  • Maintain daily reporting and achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Proven Upwork bidding experience (Mandatory)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent proposal writing and deal-closing ability
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation:

  • No fixed salary
  • 100% incentive-based earnings
  • Profit sharing on successful deals
