Business Goals

Foreverone aimed to fix the problem of how clinics in the United States manage appointments and leads. A wide variety of clinics report that they receive customer booking data on their calendars disconnected and scattered from different sources including Calendly and even CallRail. As this project is expected to systematically unify and align such systems, it is not possible to overemphasize the need for an efficient patient leads triage, management, and short-follow-up system.

Challenges

Customer booking data is one of the main potential difficulties that clinics have to confront. Clinics using Calendly to capture bookings and CallRail to track calls were not able to view leads from a single interface. This was because there was a lack of an efficient lead triaging system, hence leading to cases of missed leads and poor sequencing when following up with the patients. Our task was that we need to overcome these gaps by achieving Calendly and CallRail integration and providing a centralized dashboard and high-level lead management.

Product Description

Foreverone is built on the React framework that pulls data through APIs from Calendly and CallRail to give clinics one place to manage leads. The platform consists of two main components:

Dashboard

That visualizes a detailed overview of leads that are triaged, untriaged, new patient and missed calls, missed new patients, and new patient referrals.
Allows clinic users to easily sort through their leads for follow-up.

Leads Page

It gives an overall picture of all lead records along with customer mobile numbers, voice call recordings, call transcripts, booking dates & the overall triaging.
Proper admittance to routinized updating of records since the users can always filter, edit, and update any record to ensure sundry retrieved information is pertinent and productive.
Employed capability to integrate the existing platform with the ability to create new user accounts.
Clinics can learn several things from this comprehensive system – they do not need to allow any leads to slip through their fingers, and they have adequate control over patient bookings.

Project Highlights

  • API Integration: Integrated Calendly and CallRail APIs – Have achieved a direct connection between Calendly and the booking & tracking system.
  • Centralized Lead Management: Created a GUI for a lead management system that gives the clinic a single screen to view and quickly work on leads.
  • Customizable Filters: Made new filter options on the Leads page to enable users to sort their data easily without any interruption.
  • Editable Records: The option allowed the clinics to modify the leads’ data and ensure that it was up to date.
  • Scalable Design: Made the platform adaptable to be able to address the needs experienced and encountered as clinics expand.
Foreverone is a clear example of our desire to work on tangible solutions using technology. By considering such issues of clinics, we have developed an application that eliminates complications related to the Clinic’s customer follow-up and management of leads.
